I started the cleanse after the Holiday's since I indulged more than I would like to admit. My kids were sick, didn't sleep well, and wanted my undivided attention, so I did not exercise. Next time I may try some light to moderate exercise to see how it goes. Here is how my 3 days went:
Day 1 - I didn't feel hungry until about 4:30pm, but Dinner is at 6:00pm, so it was a long hour and a half. I looked forward to the salad! All in all it wasn't that bad.
Day 2 - The second day was the easiest for me. I didn't feel hungry until about 5:00pm, but it really wasn't that bad. I did feel a little light-headed at times, but it was managable. Again, I looked forward to the salad. :)
Day 3 - By far the hardest day for me! Maybe it was because my kids were sick and it was getting to me or maybe I was just hungry (or both), but I was pretty grouchy! I was hungry almost all day and it was really hard to not grab something (especially because my son wanted to eat all day). I didn't feel starved though and figured I can do anything for just 3 days. :)
End of Cleanse - I lost about 9 pounds after the cleanse, two of which I gained during the Holidays.... (oops). It feels like a reset button has been pressed and am excited to start back into my exercise routine (now for my kids to cooperate haha). This is the first time I have done a cleanse, so I was a little concerned at first. However, I feel great and plan to do it again in the future.

3 Shakeology shakes a day
2 Cups of Green Tea a day
1 or 2 pieces of fruit a day (optional)
1 Salad for Dinner (only white grilled protein in salad and only Low Fat Dressings)
NO DAIRY or EXTRA SUGARS - this includes no almond, soy, or rice milk.
You can put your 2 snacks before or after any of the major meals. The fruit is optional and is actually discouraged, however, some need the calories where others do not.

Start:
