Shakeology Recipes



I love Shakeology, but the Chocolate is my favorite.  It's weird for me because I am generally not a huge fan of chocolate.   I use my Magic Bullet to blend these in, but depending on what you decide to put in your shake, there may not be enough room... a blender would come in handy in those cases.  You can just use a shaker cup and not put any added fruits, ice, etc in, but it is just not cold enough for me.  Find what works for you.

Here are a few recipes that I really enjoy.  I really like Unsweetened Almond Milk and it is mostly what I use now.  I like the low calories and higher calcium content.  I have tried Coconut Milk/Water and do not care for it.  You can put skim milk, 2% milk, or whatever you want.  Just be aware that it will add extra calories, fat, sugar, etc. depending on what you use.

The first is my favorite and what I keep going back to... simple, but delicious :)

Banana Blueberry

1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Banana
Small Handful of Blueberries
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Water
Ice
(Sometimes I will add some berries  -raspberries, blackberries, strawberries- it is really good too, but I still like it better without them)



Banana Peanut Butter

1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 Banana
1 Tbls Peanut Butter (I prefer natural, but some don't)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
3/4 Cup Water
Ice



Stawberry Banana

1 Scoop Greenberry Shakeology
1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
2 Large Strawberries
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
3/4 Cup Water
Ice



Banana Sunshine

1 Scoop Greenberry Shakeology
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Water
Ice
